CLW achieved a remarkable milestone by producing 700 locomotives, setting a new all-time record just a day before the close of the financial year (30th March 2025). This marks the highest locomotive production in a single financial year in the CLW's history.

Electrical loco Assembly and Ancillary Unit (ELAAU) Dankuni of CLWhas witnessed another history by turning out 150 electric locomotives in the financial year 2024-25 on 24th March.2025

CLW manufactured first 100 locos in 50 working days in FY 2024-25, which is the fastest first 100 locos produced in any FY. The 100th locomotive of this FY rolled out on 30.05.2024.
