PROCEDURE FOR SEEKING INFORMATION UNDER RTI ACT-2005.
An application for seeking information under RTI Act-2005 should be addressed to CPIO, accompanied by an application fee of Rs.10.00 ( Rupees Ten) only. The mode of payment of fee should be done through any of the following manner:-
- By depositing cash in the cash counter of CLW/Chittaranjan. The cash receipt should be drawn in favour of "FA&CAO/CLW/Chittaranjan." or
- Submission of IPO/Demand Draft/Banker’s Cheque payable in favour of "FA&CAO/CLW/Chittaranjan." , draft /bankers cheque should be payable at SBI/Chittaranjan.
