Trial Test SOFTWARE for Energy Saving in Three Phase Freigh Loco (02.03.2021)

Energy Saving in WAG-9/9H
Downloading Software  for energy saving in GTO based WAG-9/9H.
S/W version will appear as
         1. 3203 for SLG-1/2 for WAG-9, 
        2. 4203 for SLG-1/2 for WAG-9H
        3. New BUR-2 software.
 
Conditions for activating energy saving mode are:
        a. TE/BE should be zero (0 KN).
        b. Speed should be Zero (0 Kmph)
        c. Brake should be applied (BC-1/2 is high).
        d. All BUR should be active.
        e. Reverser in neutral position (Node at 570)
         f. Shift MRB & scavnage to BUR-2
 
Software patch should be tried with R0202 & R0203 available in CLW website.

Download software in FLG processor for integration of DPWCS with CCB Brake system of M/s KBIL make

This software has to be overwritten on the exisiting trial software R0202  in FLG processor card of VCU only and rest of the processor card software will be same as defined in R0202.

***Remember FLG Processor S/w Version will chnage to WAG9--> 3203 and WAG9H-->4203

Download S/W version R0202

Download the software (including .hex, .chk file) in all the processor card of VCU, SR & BUR if the locmotive is of GTO.

Download the software (including .hex, .chk file) in all the processor of MICAS based VCU and please tell IGBT Converter manufcaturers to update the firmware to TCN in place of existing MICAS protocol.

The software has the logics for DPWCS , Consist and other reliabilty meassures like Lifesign, OHE volatge, Vigilance, Speed/Emergency Alarm, VCB/FIlter stuck ON/OFF & Water Closet integration

Download the software in FLG-1/2, STB-1/2(with New/Old HLC Scheme) and DIA processor card of MICAS based VCU for Push Pull operation.

The Software Version will be 2148 for FLG1 Push Pull scheme, 0147 for STB1/2 with NEW HLC Scheme and 0146 for STB1 with OLD HLC Scheme

  2. Modifications carried out for:
  • Increase in temperature settings of SR oil from 64/66 0C to 65/67 0C
